Devizes Youth Conference

A Christian Conference for Young Adults at Devizes – school year 10 to age 30's as a guide. Held twice a year. Tabernacle Cardiff and Emmanuel Church, Salisbury take turns to make the detailed arrangements.

Conference Council of Reference: In addition to the guidance of the Pastors of Emmanuel Church Salisbury (Malcolm Watts) and Tabernacle Cardiff (Dewi Higham) the conference is advised by the Council of Reference: Neil Pfeiffer (Pastor of Swansea Evangelical and Reformed Church), Pooyan Mehrshahi (Pastor of Providence Chapel Cheltenham) and David Kay (Pastor of Whiddon Valley Evangelical Church Barnstaple).

Please bring your own food or make use of the many cafes and restaurants in Devizes. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits are provided. We suggest a donation of £5 for the conference. All are welcome. The next youth conference takes place on Saturday 2 March 2019 at Maryport Street Baptist Chapel, Devizes.

The speakers are Roland Burrows (Ebeneezer Baptist Chapel, Old Hill) and Bill Goodman (Bethel Baptist Chapel, Bath).

The programme for the day is:

10.30am – 11.00am: Arrival / Tea & Coffee

11.00am – 12.00pm: ROLAND BURROWS - “Lessons from the life of Gideon”. How not to be a 'snowflake’ Christian

12.00pm – 12.30pm: Tea & Coffee Break

12.30pm – 1.00pm: TESTIMONY MEETING - Roland Burrows and Bill Goodman

1.00pm – 3.00pm: Lunch & Free Time

3.00pm – 4.00pm: BILL GOODMAN - “Seek ye first the kingdom of God”. The best policy for believer and unbeliever

4.00pm – 5.30pm: Fellowship & Tea
